DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Le Zachas Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Can I ship and Order to a foreign country?
Le Zachas Boutique is available to do international shipping.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination, at Le Zachas Boutique we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
International deliveries it is going to take approximately 12 days to reach your destination.

During checkout, XPS Shipping calculates and guarantees your order's international shipping costs. The costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country.
